10 form Simplified tai chi

Practise the basic principles of tai chi while learning one of the most popular beginner routines. The 10-form (also called the 8-form) is a 5 minute routine that can be modified or repeated to provide a workout that lasts from 5 minutes to 1-hour.

The routine itself was developed specifically for beginners.
