A Level 2 weekly class.
A weekly class for intermediate students and instructors. 1 hour of instruction followed by a 30 minute question period.
A different lesson each week.
The instructor will be recorded, and this recording will be available for students to review for 7 days.
The first hour will be for students to follow along quietly, while the teacher leads you through warm ups, basic exercises, and the movements of one of the level 1 tai chi routines.
The last 30 minutes of the class will be set aside for questions.
If you miss a week or are unable to practise. Don’t worry about it. Join in when you can.
